A claim arrives as nineteen attachments.
Turning a pile of forms, photos and emails into one clear file before a person decides anything.
Read everything in this claim. Give me a one page summary, list what is missing, and note anything that does not match between documents.

Claim 2291, water damage
- Form says 3 Sept, plumber invoice says 1 Sept
- No photo of the ceiling, only the floor
- Asked client for both on 5 Sept
The email says "claim attached". There are nineteen files. A form, half filled in. Photos, some sideways. Two invoices, a scanned ID, and a long message that explains what happened in the wrong order.
- An hour of sorting before any real work starts
- Missing documents found a week into the claim
- Reports for insurers built by hand each month
Try it yourself in Luminair
Six steps. No setup beyond the AI plan you already have.
- 1
Install Luminair and sign in
Download Luminair and open it. Go to Settings → Models → Add account and sign in with an AI plan you already pay for, like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
- 2
Make a folder for this job
In the sidebar, choose New folder… and name it “Claim 2291”. Then choose New session in this folder. Everything for this job stays together.
- 3
Bring the information in
You need: claim form, photos, invoices and your intake checklist. Connect Gmail, Airtable and Asana in Settings → Connectors, or export the files and drag them into the chat.
- 4
Ask for the result
Paste this into the session, or say it in your own words:
Read everything in this claim. Give me a one page summary, list what is missing, and note anything that does not match between documents.
- 5
Get a second opinion
Pick a different model in the model picker and ask it to check the first answer:
Compare every date and amount across these documents. Which ones disagree?
- 6
Make it repeat
Open Flows → New and add the steps: Read every document and photo in the claim → Build the summary and list the gaps → Draft the acknowledgement to the client. Choose when it runs, like every Monday at 09:00. Nothing is sent or changed until you approve it.
How it plays out
One folder per claim
Drop everything the client sent into a claim folder. Ask for a single summary: who, what happened, when, what is claimed, what evidence supports it.
Find the gaps early
Ask what is missing or does not line up, such as a date that differs between the form and the invoice. Get a draft message to the client asking for exactly those things.
Route it properly
A Flow sorts claims into simple, needs a senior look, or unusual, and places each one in Actions with its summary. Unusual ones list the specific details that raised the question.
You stay in charge
Luminair never approves, refuses or flags a client as dishonest. It points to the detail, and a broker decides. Check your own data rules before sending client documents to any AI provider.
At month end, ask Journal for claims by type, value and time taken. The regulator or insurer report starts as a draft, not a blank page.
