The problem

One client is playful. One is formal and hates exclamation marks. One changed their prices last week and told only the account manager, who is off sick.

Try it yourself in Luminair

Six steps. No setup beyond the AI plan you already have.

  1. 1

    Install Luminair and sign in

Download Luminair and open it. Go to Settings → Models → Add account and sign in with an AI plan you already pay for, like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.

  2. 2

Make a folder for this job

In the sidebar, choose New folder… and name it “Client: Oak and Ember”. Then choose New session in this folder. Everything for this job stays together.

  3. 3

    Bring the information in

You need: client tone of voice, this week's offer and sales results. Connect WooCommerce, Airtable, Harvest and Gmail in Settings → Connectors, or export the files and drag them into the chat.

  4. 4

    Ask for the result

Paste this into the session, or say it in your own words:

Using this client's tone of voice and this week's offer, write three posts and one email. Leave out any price that is not in Journal.
  5. 5

    Get a second opinion

Pick a different model in the model picker and ask it to check the first answer:

Check every price and claim in these drafts. Which are not in the client's Journal?
  6. 6

    Make it repeat

Open Flows → New and add the steps: Read the client brief and saved tone → Write this week's drafts → Check drafts against confirmed facts. Choose when it runs, like every Monday at 09:00. Nothing is sent or changed until you approve it.

How it plays out

A folder per client

Each client gets a Project Folder with their own Journal: tone of voice, approved prices, words they never use. Every draft for that client starts from those facts.

Draft in their voice

Ask for posts, emails and ad copy for the week. Pick the model that writes best for that client, and compare two versions side by side before choosing.

Let the report write itself

A weekly Flow reads the numbers you export or pull from PostHog, writes what moved and why it might have, and leaves the draft for you to check. Queue posts through Buffer when you are happy.

You stay in charge

Nothing is published without a person approving it. Drafts that mention a price or a date are checked against what the client actually confirmed.

When someone is away, the client's folder still knows everything. A new starter can write in the right voice on day one.
