A small business with its records spread across several tools

Your business has the answers. Bring them together.

Sales dropped and every tool holds part of the reason. Luminair reads your orders, customer chats and supplier emails together and explains what happened, with the proof.

Sales dropped last month. Look at our orders, refunds, customer chats and supplier emails from the last 90 days and tell me why, in plain words. Show where each reason comes from, then build me a simple dashboard I can filter by product and week.

Sales review, September

  • Returns rose for one product, not the whole store
  • A supplier delay explains the stock gaps in week 3
  • Totals checked against the order export

The problem

The orders are in WooCommerce. The complaints are in Intercom. The supplier delays are buried in Gmail. Sales dropped last month and everyone has a theory, but nobody has looked at the three places at once.

Try it yourself in Luminair

Six steps. No setup beyond the AI plan you already have.

  1. 1

    Install Luminair and sign in

Download Luminair and open it. Go to Settings → Models → Add account and sign in with an AI plan you already pay for, like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.

  2. 2

Make a folder for this job

In the sidebar, choose New folder… and name it “Shop review”. Then choose New session in this folder. Everything for this job stays together.

  3. 3

    Bring the information in

You need: orders and refunds, customer chats, supplier emails and product targets. Connect WooCommerce, Intercom, Gmail and Airtable in Settings → Connectors, or export the files and drag them into the chat.

  4. 4

    Ask for the result

Paste this into the session, or say it in your own words:

Sales dropped last month. Look at our orders, refunds, customer chats and supplier emails from the last 90 days and tell me why, in plain words. Show where each reason comes from, then build me a simple dashboard I can filter by product and week.
  5. 5

    Get a second opinion

Pick a different model in the model picker and ask it to check the first answer:

Here is what Claude found. What did it miss, and is any reason not backed by the records?
  6. 6

    Make it repeat

Open Flows → New and add the steps: Read the new orders, chats and emails → List what changed and why → Refresh the dashboard. Choose when it runs, like every Monday at 09:00. Nothing is sent or changed until you approve it.

How it plays out

Bring the records into one folder

Connect WooCommerce, Intercom, Gmail and Airtable in Settings → Connectors, or export each one and drop the files into a folder called Shop review. Luminair reads them; it does not change your orders or contact anyone.

Ask why, then ask again with a second model

Ask Claude why sales dropped. Then switch to Gemini in the model picker and ask it what the first answer missed. Two models reading the same records catch what one alone would not.

Get a dashboard, check it, refresh it weekly

Ask for a dashboard you can filter by product and week, with a link to the record behind each number. Check two or three totals by hand, then save the steps as a Flow so it refreshes every Monday.

You stay in charge

More models mean more questions worth asking, not proof of an answer. You decide which explanation holds up and what changes because of it.

Refresh it weekly and Journal keeps the agreed definitions and past decisions, so the next dashboard starts from where the last one left off.

Sign in with the AI plan you already have and start with this job.
