Thirty learners, thirty different stuck points.
Preparing better material in less time, while teaching and grading stay with the teacher.
Here are the questions students asked after lesson 4. Which idea is confusing them most? Write a simpler explanation and five practice questions.

Teaching playbook: fractions
- Pizza slices fail for improper fractions. Use a ruler
- Common mistake: adding the bottom numbers
- Worksheet B works well for mixed groups
You explain it once, clearly. Eleven people get it. Nine nearly get it. Ten are lost at three different places and will not say so.
- One version of the material for very different learners
- Preparation eats the time meant for students
- Good explanations stay in one teacher's head
Try it yourself in Luminair
Six steps. No setup beyond the AI plan you already have.
- 1
Install Luminair and sign in
Download Luminair and open it. Go to Settings → Models → Add account and sign in with an AI plan you already pay for, like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
- 2
Make a folder for this job
In the sidebar, choose New folder… and name it “Course: Maths 7”. Then choose New session in this folder. Everything for this job stays together.
- 3
Bring the information in
You need: lesson slides, class recording transcript and student questions. Connect Zoom, Airtable and Trello in Settings → Connectors, or export the files and drag them into the chat.
- 4
Ask for the result
Paste this into the session, or say it in your own words:
Here are the questions students asked after lesson 4. Which idea is confusing them most? Write a simpler explanation and five practice questions.
- 5
Get a second opinion
Pick a different model in the model picker and ask it to check the first answer:
Work through these five practice questions. Are all the answers right?
- 6
Make it repeat
Open Flows → New and add the steps: Read the lesson and student questions → Find the concept causing trouble → Draft a new explanation and practice set. Choose when it runs, like every Monday at 09:00. Nothing is sent or changed until you approve it.
How it plays out
A folder per course
Put the scripts, slides, exercises and recordings transcripts for a course in one folder. That is now the only source the AI answers from.
Make more from what you have
Ask for a summary, a quiz, a simpler explanation of the hard part, or the lesson translated. Ask where the class got confused, using their questions from last week.
Keep a teaching playbook
Save what worked in a shared Journal: the explanation that finally landed, the common mistake, the adapted worksheet. Colleagues reuse it instead of reinventing it.
You stay in charge
Grading, feedback that matters and looking after students stay with teachers. Check generated material before it reaches a class, and follow your school's rules on student data.
Preparation time goes into the students who need it, and next year's teacher inherits everything this year's teacher learned.
